A merchant vessel reported coming under fire and was subsequently hijacked at 1213Z on 29 NOV 2009 in position 0309N 06130E, approximately 580NM northeast of Seychelles. ONI assesses there is a high probability of attacks in this area for at least the next 24-48 hours.
